Sorry guys that i answer in english as my german writing is very bad
Tire sauce isn't a problem even when running 7 minutes in a heat.
We have done it year after year in the Netherlands at our nationals.
Bodies can be the same as last year, the Lola is good for cornerspeed but with the LMP2 class you loose a bit of top speed.
The electric bodies or group C have less drag so more top speed on the straight but due to lower downforce, less corner speed.
It is up to the driver then what to choose(fine by me).
If the desire to win is that high that you need 2 or 3 motor coolers to get to the end of a heat without smoking a motor or damaging the motor that you need a new one, is entirely up to the driver and his wallet.
My thoughts on the LMP2 class was that it should be a simple ruled fun class to get more people interested in Pro10 without spending loads of money to get up to the speed of modified.(see what some people can do with 10.5 boosted)
Safe your money and start in the LMP1 class if you want pure speed.
The fun of every body having almost the same speed is that it comes to close racing and driver skills, not on how big your wallet is for buying the most exotic motor and batteries that are present on that race and time.
I had the pleasure of running against Sascha in Rucphen and in the finals i was a bit faster but due to small mistakes on my side i couldn't catch him.
That is how close we are together and that is the fun of this racing class.
Don't go changing the rules to much, as this will lead to people exiting the class and that is not why LMP2 was started again.
If we want it to be a good beginners class then we should leave it simple and limit just a couple of things so it is easy to get started
Perhaps a standard motor for all, spec tire shores (not the brand) and a minimum weight for shorty cars, 200MM and 235MM.
Bodies should be up to the driver.
Max wheel base and width and thats it.
Keep the fun at an maximum and the costs low so even a beginner don't need a wallet as fat as a big mac
This is just my 2 cents as a noob LMP2 driver
